Founded in 2000 by Sudesh Jhunjhnuwala ONZM, Hind Management is a New Zealand-founded, family-owned hotel operator with over 25 years of experience developing, owning and managing hotel assets and brands across multiple markets. We’re not a faceless management company - we’re owners ourselves, which means we treat every asset we manage with the same commercial rigour and long-term care we apply to our own.

At the core of Hind Management is a centralised operating platform of 40+ specialists covering revenue management, reservations, sales, finance, and a 24/7 call centre. This gives every asset we manage access to enterprise-level capability with the personal attention of a family-owned business. We operate across franchised international brands, independent properties and our own Sudima Hotels brand, always adapting our model to what each asset needs.
