Hind Management offers standalone access to our centralised operating platform — letting you plug in exactly the capability you need, delivered to the same standard as our fully managed properties. Each service is available independently or in combination. 

 

Finance, reporting & payroll

Full financial management including general ledger, accounts payable, month-end reporting and payroll processing — all aligned to USALI standards. Owners receive transparent, timely reporting with clear P&L accountability at every level. 

Outcome: Clear financial visibility and compliance without the overhead of an in-house finance team. 
 

Revenue management

Dynamic pricing, channel management and distribution strategy delivered by our centralised revenue team. We use a disciplined, data-led approach — adjusting daily based on booking pace, demand signals and market conditions to maximise RevPAR and GOP. 

Outcome: Stronger rate performance and optimised channel mix without the cost of a dedicated on-property revenue manager. 
 

Sales & marketing

Access to our Auckland and Christchurch-based sales teams covering all key segments — corporate, MICE, wholesale and inbound. Includes digital marketing, brand strategy, PR and our established network of OTA, GDS and B2B partnerships built over 25 years. 

Outcome: Immediate market access and sustained demand generation across all key source markets. 
 

Health & safety 

A fully compliant health and safety management framework aligned to the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 — including risk management, incident reporting, staff training, audits and emergency preparedness. Managed through our Quality, Health & Safety Management System (QHSMS). 

Outcome: Full HSWA compliance and a documented safety framework without the need for a dedicated on-site H&S resource.
 

Systems & IT 

Deployment and ongoing support of our standardised hotel systems architecture — including PMS, POS, channel management, finance and reporting platforms. Includes network infrastructure, cyber security governance and integration across all operational systems. 

Outcome: Enterprise-grade hotel technology, configured and supported from day one. 
 

Procurement 

Access to our established New Zealand supplier network and centralised procurement platform — covering operational supplies, FF&E, OS&E, food and beverage and maintenance services. Competitive pricing through long-standing supplier relationships built across eight properties. 

Outcome: Better supplier terms, reduced procurement risk and lower operating costs. 
 

Development & pre-opening 

Operator input from concept through to opening day — including design review, technical services, OS&E procurement, systems installation, staff recruitment and training. We support projects from PCG attendance and construction oversight through to a fully operational hotel on day one. 

Outcome: A hotel that opens on time, to brief and operationally ready — with no surprises.
